Robert H. Jessup
Firm Co-Owner
Robert “Robby” Jessup, co-owner of the firm and a seasoned civil trial lawyer, has dedicated his career to the field of property insurance law. His passion for representing policyholders, including homeowners’ associations and commercial property owners, in insurance claim disputes following catastrophic losses is driven by his personal experiences and deep understanding of the challenges faced by those affected by such events.
He has been recognized by US News and World Report as one of the Best Lawyers in America, in addition to being named to SuperLawyers. He has also been inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, for repeatedly winning large awards for his clients.
Rebecca Huffman Ugolick
Firm Co-Owner
Rebecca represents clients in all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and during jury and bench trials. She is experienced in appellate advocacy and has drafted written appeals to the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Rebecca has prevailed in written appeals and oral arguments before the North Carolina Supreme Court.
She has been inducted as a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been named to the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers.
